Return Policy

  1. Customers may request a return for eligible products purchased from TrustVala.com.
  2. Return requests must be made within a specified period after delivery (3 Days).
  3. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  4. Items that are damaged due to misuse or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.
  5. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, customers should report the issue as soon as possible after receiving the order.
  6. Approved returns must be shipped back according to the instructions provided by our support team.
  7. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
  8. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a refund or replacement as applicable.
  9. TrustVala.com reserves the right to approve or decline any return request.
